Red latigo leather mount with reflector attaches easily with a western style snap, and small strap and metal buckle. The strobe light shown has 3 LEDs inside, is very bright and runs for 200-400 hours on 2 replaceable AA batteries, which are included. The strobe light either flashes, or stays on constant. On/Off switch on the bottom. Leather mount is very durable, and can hold interchangeable strobe lights.
